GPC NSW State Titles – 3 Lift & Bench Press Only Competition

 

When – 8th April 2018 (Sunday)

 

What – Raw and equipped event. This is a GPC sanctioned event and will be only open to GPC members.

Where – The event will be held at Warrior Performance.  Unit 1/59 Cawarra Rd, Caringbah, NSW, 2229

 

Weigh in – 24 & 2 hour weigh-ins
Saturday – 10am-3pm
Sunday – 8am-9am (Lifting starts at 10am sharp)
