DOUBLE DRAGON BOOT CAMP

Our Boot Camp is a fun, high density circuit training program that will challenge you physically and mentally. This motivating training that will take your results to the next level.

What makes the Double Dragon Boot Camp different?
The Boot Camp is run two mornings per week (Tuesday & Thursday at 6am) class goes for 45mins. The boot camp costs $190 per month payed @ the gym, or a 10%, discount for online sign up $174, both options includes a Double Dragon Boot Camp T-Shirt (value $30)
There is a pay per class option it is $25.

STRONGMAN
Don’t be fooled by the title, these classes are for everyone, big, small, tall, short, young, old, male or female.
Strongman style training is a fun and different way of training. Utilizing odd shaped objects and specially designed equipment that builds tremendous core strength & endurance. It is a great way to improve performance across all sports, as it has a major focus on building functional stability in real life situations.
Some of the implements used are sand bags, kegs, stones, tractor tyres, sledge hammers, along with specially designed equipment such as super yoke, farmers walk, log, sleds, axles.
The class is run by qualified & experienced Strength & Conditioning Coaches.
Strongman Classes are run Saturday Mornings at 8am for 1hr, rain, hail or shine. The majority of this class is taken indoors.

STRETCHING
Are you Tight? Can you touch your toes? Sore Back, Elbows, Knees, and Neck? Don’t know how to stretch correctly? Or just need more flexibility…
Not everybody wants to be a yogi or do Pilates, but still would like to reap the benefits of stretching, including increased flexibility, less joint pain, better circulation and faster recovery from workouts.
What we offer is a structured stretching class, run by qualified strength & conditioning coaches. The routines are tailored to each individual in the class, so no matter what your experience, you will be working at your appropriate level.

TO BOOK IN FOR THE BOOT CAMP:
To commence the boot camp, we have several steps that you MUST complete in order to ensure your position.
1. Download the waiver. Fill out this document and bring it on the orientation day.
2. If you are taking part in the one-week free trail bookings are essential.
3. After the free trail there are 3 payment options to choose from A,B,C;
A. Monthly payment online which has been discounted 10% $174 billed monthly
(inc. free t-shirt). This can be stopped any time via Paypal. no long term
contracts, just follow the link below to our Paypal account.
B. Monthly payment on the first class of each month in person @ the gym $190
(inc. free t-shirt).
C. Pay Per Class Option this is a $25 casual visit for those that cant make it to
every session but would still like to reap the benefits of the class.
